*All benefits of our plans require current enrollment and account in good standing. That includes extended part warranties, loyalty credits, discounts, and other benefits. Warranties do not apply to disposable parts, parts that need periodic replacement like filters, pads, refrigerant levels, parts that by their nature are in contact with water, parts that fail due to external conditions like flooding, lightning, wind, power surges, or animals, or work done by others that may impact the equipment. Terms and Conditions The term of the contract is for one year. The contract is not a guarantee against equipment failure. The contract is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new owner/occupant. The contract is not an extended warranty program. The contract is not a duct cleaning service. Sorry, we do not service oil systems.
